A classic slimline band ring from the 1920’s to 30’s Art Deco period, by Australian maker G & E Rodd.
Crafted in a rich 18ct yellow gold it has straight sides and a softly rounded profile, ideal for stacking with other rings. It measures just over 2mm wide and bears the maker’s stamp “APEX” inside the band (which they used until 1948).
Simple and classic, it looks very elegant on the hand – a lovely wearable piece of Australian history.
It is in excellent vintage condition with a nice patina of fine micro-scuffs. It could be polished to new by a jeweller but we love it just as is!
