A luxuriously wide vintage cigar-style band ring from the 1960s-70s.
Crafted in a lovely soft-hued 9ct yellow gold, it measures 10mm wide and is patterned all the way around with a beautiful delicate hand-engraved scrolling design.
This one has a slightly domed profile with concave inner, so it should fit true to size (a generous size N) – and not a snug size smaller as most wide band rings do.
It is stamped to the inside with a vintage “9ct” stamp and maker’s mark “STUART ARTCRAFT”, a local Australian maker from the late mid-century.
In wonderful vintage condition, the engraved pattern is nice and crisp all the way around with very little wear.
