The sparkling round-cut diamond is 0.18 carats and is set in a white gold square mount with delicate milgrain edging. The sides of the mount display beautiful fine cut-out work while the underside is hand engraved with foliate detailing, continuing down the shoulders onto the band.
Quite an unusual design, it would make a really striking vintage engagement or dress ring.
