An elegant Art Deco band ring from the 1930s by Australian maker G & E Rodd.
Crafted in 18ct yellow gold with faceted edges to catch the light, it features beautiful hand engraved orange blossoms on the face of the ring and scrolling floral detail to the sides.
It is in wonderful vintage condition, the engraving still nice and crisp all the way around.
G & E Rodd were a popular Australian maker of wedding bands from the 1920s onwards, this ring bearing their “APEX” stamp which they used until 1948.
Measuring a dainty 1.7mm in width, it looks so feminine on the hand – a gorgeous vintage wedding ring or everyday band ring (one can never have too many!)
