A stylish antique dress ring from the early 1900s.
It is claw-set with two natural garnets, each measuring 5.5-6mm for a total of approximately 1.50 ct.
The knife-edge shoulders are designed in a crossover or “bypass” style, so popular in Edwardian-era jewellery. They give the ring such a dainty, delicate look, front on!
The garnets are a deep wine-red and are in very good condition for their age. Minor scuffing to some facet edges is only visible under magnification and not noticeable in wear.
